Cinema boredom

Can I just say, blech.
It's nearly Easter holidays and the weather is drizzly, so I thought of what I might see at the movies. The choices at my local cinema find me somewhere between bored and disgusted. Let me run it down for you:

Fast and the Furious 5
Vin Diesel and Dwayne The Rock Johnson. And cars. Take 5.

Paul
I do love Simon Pegg, but I'd rather just watch Hot Fuzz again. Tell me if you see it and there was more to know than what they've shown in the trailers. I hate when they reveal the whole plot in the trailers.

Mars Needs Moms
What is this? Nevermind.

Justin Bieber Never Say Never (2D and 3D)
I have no interest in the Biebs.

Rio (2D and 3D)
A bird who can't fly...I momentarily thought of Happy Feet and a penguin who had no heart song. But they got great voices, and it looks fun! I'll skip the 3D.

Hop
This looks great! Who cares about James Marsden, but the animation looks good, and they got Russell Brand to voice EB. Have I mentioned how much I love Despicable Me?

Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules
It's school holidays, so there's bound to be lots of kids movies. But aside from the trailer with the fat kid who lip synchs to Ke$ha, there's not much here for me.

Just Go With It
Jennifer Aniston gets a makeover and lies a lot before Adam Sandler falls for her.

Scream 4
I haven't seen any of the Scream franchise.

Sucker Punch
See, this could be good, and unpredictable. Apparently the girls trained like crazy to do as many stunts as they could (okay, and to look good in those tiny outfits). It'll be interesting to watch Abbie Cornish and Vanessa Hudgens kick some butt.

Red Riding Hood
I have been warned not to waste my money here. It's Twilight without the vampires, and reportedly is very pretty, but very empty-headed.

The Lincoln Lawyer
Matthew McConaghey (how do you even spell that?) does nothing for me.

A dozen films. 12 and I might watch 3 of them, but really, I'm not truly excited about any of them...the only one worthwhile seeing on the big screen would be Sucker Punch, because it's directed by the same guy who did Watchmen. (Actually, seeing big ol' blue man in IMAX 3D might have been a bad idea, but I digress.)

Rio looks cute and colourful, and I've heard good things about Hop - but imagine how aggravated I was when the cinema website gave away the whole plot. You're supposed to entice people to watch the movie, not tell them the ending! Grrr.

So, is movie-watching a vacation pastime for you? Which of these would you watch? Which ones would make you run home to Netflix and your couch?
